No purchase is required but the referrer must provide the referee with a Tompkins Insurance Agencies Refer-A-Friend card (available at any office). At the time the quote is requested, the referee must present the Refer-A-Friend card and must not be a present customer of Tompkins Insurance Agencies. The $20 referral fee will be paid by a check drawn on Tompkins Insurance Agencies, Inc. Payment will be made within 60 days of the date of the quote. The Refer-A-Friend program applies to all types of insurance available through Tompkins Insurance Agencies.
